I think they should legalize it, applying the same restrictions to it as alcohol or tobacco.
I think that by restricting us from using it, they are violating our constitutional right to the Persuit of Happiness.
AND whether it’s legal or not, people are going to continue to smoke it.
The only difference will be that they can tax it, and thousands of people in jail for weed will be free, HELPING TO SOLVE our overcrowded jail issue.

These are common myths invented by anti-weed activists.
Really, what is so bad about smoking if it causes no harm or negativity to the smoker or their surroundings?
